Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. If the artwork is in stock, it will be prepared for shipment promptly. Custom or commissioned pieces may require additional time, which will be communicated individually.

2. Shipping Times

Once dispatched:

• Deliveries within Canada usually take up to 5 business days.
• International deliveries generally take between 5 to 15 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times.

3. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and options will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

4. Shipping Responsibility

All shipments are handled by trusted logistics partners. Once the artwork has been handed over to the carrier, Leyla Brodie is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss that may occur during transit.

5. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with detailed photographs of the item and packaging. We will work with the shipping company to file a claim on your behalf.

6. Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, and import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost.
